Customer Reviews

Poor Quality, Lasted less then 1 Year (2009-06-12)
I purchased a pair of Citizens of Humanity jeans for $200+ but the product has ripped and is unwearable in less than a year with minimal usage. The product has not held up. We have contacted Citizens of Humanity with no response from their customer service after providing the below original complaint, a photo of the damaged item and a copy of the receipt. We believe that we have not received a quality product that the company promises. They have already worn through and have started to tear in the rear leg - no, this is not because of heavy usage or gaining weight. I had another pair by another label and they have been fine in that time.

NOT THE REAL THING! (2008-11-09)
If you come looking for $50 citizens, you're going to get a fake. These are not the real thing and frankly I'm disappointed that Amazon isn't showing better quality control. Look at the stitching and the seaming. In addition, the tag should have bright colors, and they are dull. Don't buy these!

Too good to be true (2008-10-21)
I should have known better and did research before purchasing.

The jeans I received were definitely not as expected. It sounds picky, but I was anticipating a high end denim from the name, photo and description.

1.) Sizing was extremely inaccurate - too large by 2 sizes
2.) Overall quality was off
3.) Material seemed inexpensive - thick/rugged, not COH premium denim
4.) Numerous loose threads & stiches were already coming apart at the seams
5.) More like a bootleg than a true flare leg
6.) Also, the tags didn't look like other COH jeans

Too Big (2008-10-08)
The jeans are super cute and a great price but I should have taken the advice of the other reviewers and gone down a size.

Great Jeans! (2008-10-03)
Definitely go down one size and you will be fine. These jeans are super cute, and you cannot beat them for the price! Love them!
